Please check the following.
Email notifications:
1. Your notifications might be turned off. See here for instructions on how to change notification settings.
2. You might have certain domain/address restrictions set for your email.
Check your email settings to make sure you can receive emails from the humy.me domain.
Be sure to also check your spam folder in case your email notifications are being filtered there.
Push notifications:
1. Your notifications might be turned off. See here for instructions on how to change notification settings.
2. Your device settings may be preventing you from receiving notifications.
- iPhone
1. Go to Settings > Notifications.
2. Select humy from the Notification Style list.
3. Turn Allow Notifications on.
- Android*
1. Go to Settings > Apps > humy.
2. Turn “Show notifications” on.
*More options may be available depending on the device or version of Android.
Check your device’s battery options to see if any low power or battery saving options are on.
