I did not receive a greeting card email.

Reasons for not receiving emails may include:

1. You were not subscribed by the day before the event

Only users who are subscribed by the day before the event will receive a card for it.

2. You have certain domain/address restrictions set for your email

In this case, please check your spam folder and make sure your email account is set up to receive emails from the humy.me domain.

3. The email address you registered is incorrect

To check the email address you have registered, tap your profile icon, then select Account > Email Notification Settings.

*Please note that time zone differences may cause your subscription date to be one day earlier or later.
