Possible reasons for not receiving your digital greeting card:
1. You checked the wrong email address. Digital greeting cards are sent to the email address you registered with humy. To find out what email address you registered with humy, see here.
2. You have certain domain/address restrictions set for your email address. Check your email settings to make sure you can receive emails from the humy.me domain. Be sure to check your spam folder in case the email was placed there.
3. You were not subscribed by the day before the event based on Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
Please note that time zone differences may cause your digital greeting card to be sent slightly earlier or later than expected.
