Payment failed for my subscription renewal.

If your payment failed, it could be due to one of the reasons listed below.
After a failed payment, you will need to take action within the deadline to maintain access to subscription benefits.

Common reasons credit card payments fail:

[Reason group 1]
• The card is expired.
• The card’s credit limit has been exceeded.
• The credit card company has suspended the use of the card.
[Potential solutions]
• Confirm the status of the card. (If you are unable to do so yourself, contact the credit card company.)
• Try another card.
• Pay via PayPal instead.

[Reason group 2]
• The credit card requires 3-D Secure authentication.
[Potential solutions]
• Try another card.
• Pay via PayPal instead.

For payments via app marketplace:

How to complete the purchase process if a payment error occurs or the payment is rejected.
1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Payment & Shipping.
4. Add a new payment method and delete any invalid payment methods.
5. Try to make the payment again.
If you still cannot make the payment after trying the above, please contact Apple Support.

[Android]
1. Log in to Google Play.
2. Tap the alert icon at the top of the screen.
3. If you see a red alert, please enter your payment information and wait for a response from Google Play.
4. The result will be sent to you via email from Google Play.
