You can try out our viewing test page beforehand to make sure you will have no issues viewing the actual event.
To access the viewing test page, go to the Home screen in the humy app (or Charlie's page on the humy site) and tap the event banner.
• Please test with the device (PC, smartphone, etc.) and browser (Google Chrome, Safari, etc.) that you will use to watch the event. Information about system requirements can be found on this help page.
• Please make sure you have a strong, stable internet connection in advance. We recommend using an online connection speed test to ensure you have a fast connection.
• Some devices may not be compatible with the video player.
