You may not be able to hear the audio for the following reasons:
1) Device volume is set to 0
→ Turn up the volume on your device.
2) System requirements are not met
→ It may not be possible to adjust the volume of the video player when using Safari on some devices. Please adjust the volume of your device instead.
3) Video player is muted (website users only)
→ If the speaker symbol on the player is off, the player is muted and no sound will be output regardless of the volume of your device. Tap the symbol to unmute. You may not be able to adjust the volume on your device while the player is muted, so please unmute the player before adjusting the volume of your device.
